Our Mission

GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY

Each year, we raise funds to help local charities in their mission to enrich the lives of children.  All fees, sponsorships, and raffle funds go towards our fundraising efforts.

SUPPORT HIGHER EDUCATION

Students from SCUCISD send in their application for consideration of a scholarship.  These students are chosen, not based on their academic achievements, but their extra-curriculars and determination.  Please see your school's counselor for more information regarding the application.

CREATE A FUN ATMOSPHERE

Though this cook-off isn't sanctioned, it is so much fun and relaxing for the participants.  There are many craft and retail vendors, as well as some activities for the kiddies.

We are accepting applications for cooking teams, just click the link HERE.  

There are 4 categories - ALL 4 categories go toward Grand Champion points:

  • Brisket

  • Chicken

  • Ribs

  • Cook's Choice

 

Dessert is a new category (+$25 entry fee) and will be judged on FRIDAY. The prize will be a portion of the registration fees.

All fees will need to be paid upfront and will go towards our fundraising efforts.  Once your application is completed, we will send you an invoice via e-mail to be paid.
